Investment objective
The Investment Compartment’s investment objective is to achieve competitive returns over the medium to long term, both by achieving goodwill and capital gains and by earning interest and coupons. In order to realize its investment purpose, the Investment Compartment invests exclusively in the Greek Market, mainly in bonds of companies based or active or having an exposure in Greece, as well as in Greek Government Bonds and Treasury Bills. It is noted that the bonds may not be listed on a regulated market, up to 10% of the assets of the Investment Compartment. Secondarily, the Investment Compartment may invest in bank deposits and other money market instruments.
Based on the average valuation of assets per calendar quarter, the percentage of Investment Compartment assets invested in bonds, deposits, T-Bills and other capital markets financial instruments should be within the following ranges:
Bonds and T-Bills: from 55% to 100%
Deposits & other money markets financial instruments: from 0% to 45%
Target group
The Investment Compartment aims at medium-to- long-term investors with an investment horizon over 3 years, wishing to enjoy both capital gains and periodic income by investing in a diversified portfolio of corporate and government bonds, T-Bills and deposits and other money markets financial instruments in the Greek Market. Investors in this fund should be willing to assume a medium to high level of investment risk.
